C-Suite Studio is a boutique consultancy focused on positioning, communication and reputation in high-stakes environments.

We work with leaders, founders and organisations when expectations are rising, scrutiny is increasing or their public presence no longer matches the level of responsibility they carry.

Our work is based on a simple reality: reputational problems usually start before any obvious crisis. They build when positioning is unclear, communication is inconsistent or too much is left open to interpretation.

We do not focus on visibility for its own sake. We help clients communicate with more control, credibility and intention when judgement is already in play.

When communication is treated as secondary, other people fill in the gaps. That is when trust weakens, influence slips and small issues become bigger ones. We step in early to help prevent that.

Our founders, Chantal Janneker and Thomas Hilmer, bring more than 60 years of senior-level experience across regulated, complex and reputationally sensitive environments. This includes public and private sectors, higher education, science, research and global organisations.

We have advised executives and institutions under scrutiny, during leadership transition and at moments where inaction carried consequence. We recognise the patterns because we have seen the same failures repeat across sectors.

This is not junior execution. It is senior counsel informed by experience of what deteriorates when leadership positioning is mishandled.
